So I have this old toshiba labtop thats really old and running windows xp and also the power on it sucks meaning that it does not work well. Im really wondering what parts i would need (cheap) to make this piece of junk into a sweet touch screen monitor for my mac

I would prefer to have the ability to use my fingers and some way to make it internal. If not, any other pen solutions will do. For anyone familiar with touch screens and not my model of laptop, the screen is 17″.
