How Can I Fix My Ipod Touch Screen?

My iPod is being pretty stupid. The touch screen won’t work. For instance, I can’t slide the unlock bar. I used the button on top and the home screen button to turn it off. When I turned it back on, I got the same results. If anyone could help me out, that would be great. I already understand the option of sending it back to Apple, so if you can come up with something else, that would be appreciated.

take it to an apple store they’ll replace it for free and give you a new one in the store if they can’t fix it as long as its still under warranty.
It seems like a hardware problem, but it might be a software problem too. Try and restore it and see if that helps.
